WHAT YOU'LL DO


Reporting

  • Produce regular weekly/monthly and ad-hoc financial management reporting and advise leadership team on current business performance & outlook
  • Prepare and Interpret reports to various internal stakeholders
  • Develop new innovate ways of reporting and automate existing workflows (mainly Alteryx & Tableau)

Planning & Analysis

  • Support in coordinating annual planning process and re-estimates throughout year
  • Ongoing ad-hoc analysis to support the leadership team in decision
  • Preparation of strategic Partner and Leadership meetings

Project Management

  • Team closely with Partners to fully understand case economics, pricing, expenses, and overall project profitability
  • Review project execution identifying variance of actuals vs budget
  • Prepare weekly performance metrics, manage variances, and improve case forecasting
  • Work with the staffing team to improve forecast projections and increase case profitability
  • Work on tools to improve project management reporting

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)


  • University or FH degree in business administration, finance, IT or a similar field or commercial apprenticeship with additional training in finance and relevant work experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis or a related field
  • Fluency in German and English (B2-C1 or higher)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) - Experience with Python, Alteryx, Tableau, SAP and Business Objects is a plus
